I came across this web cam when I was looking over the City of North Bay Web Site (http://www.city.north-bay.on.ca/). Torbay reminds me of a place in the North Bay area that I vacationed at back in 1965. It may, in fact, be the same place. If you look at the history of Torbay on their website (http://www.torbay.net/) you'll see that they have been around for 70 years. I remember the place that I stayed at being much larger that the resort as shown in the pictures on their site, and in fact they mentioned that the resort now is quite a bit smaller.Friday, October 23, 2009
